Meet Heidi

With over 30 years of experience guiding people through movement—from yoga studios to physical therapy clinics—Heidi found her true calling in Pilates two decades ago. After sustaining a yoga-related injury that left her unable to walk for nearly a year, she discovered Pilates as a pathway to recovery, resilience, and deeper body awareness.

Heidi supports clients of all ages and abilities, meeting each person where they are—whether navigating injury, recovery, or the natural changes that come with aging. Her sessions are grounded in rehabilitative Pilates principles, emphasizing mindful movement, strength, and a deeper connection to the body.

Her philosophy is simple: Pilates should adapt to you, not the other way around. Through her teaching, Heidi helps clients build lasting strength and confidence to move through life with ease.
